The jobholder as part of the MRTT and Light and Medium Services PMO department is responsible for the planning, monitoring and any support tasks which are necessary for a proper MMF and Ireland programme/project management execution.
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Responsible for implementation of Programme Management standards to perform tasks and for related preparation of data and reports to prepare a status of the MMF (MRTT) and Ireland (LTA) Services programme.
• Coordinates the programme teams (CoCs, support functions and other PMO members) and ensures that all contractual and technical requirements are inside the project executing plans (in close cooperation with Services Programme Manager and the Project Technical Managers).
• Planning & Scheduling including breakdown structures, performance monitoring, control and reporting, phase reviews.
• Risk & Opportunity Management
• Requirements Management
• Documentation and Data Management. Reporting
• Financial Project Management
• Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources and quality data
• Provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Programme Management level.
SKILLS:
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communicator orally and in writing, both Spanish and English.
• University degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Desired 3-5 years of experience in aeronautical company in the field of Customer Services or similar.
• Experience in program management or financial control is desirable.
• Program Certification is desirable.
• Desired people with initiative, self-improvement spirit, highly motivated.
• Organized, proactive and capable of implementing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to proactively wok effectively in a complex organization: multiple stakeholders, large and complex scope, multicultural environment…
• Negotiation skills and communication with decision makers and other stakeholders, both written and verbal.
