Summary of Position:

ヘリコプター販売後のアフターサポートを担う部門において、機体や装備品の整備、修理、改造等の営業活動に従事します。

民間、官公庁(海上保安庁、消防・防災、警察)のお客様が運航されている機体に向けてメーカー直下の高質な包括的サポートを提供し、長期的な伴走体制のもと安定したビジネスの獲得・拡大を目指します。

契約締結から履行までに至る一連のプロセスにおいて、お客様の窓口として、顧客対応や部署横断的な協働により、様々な課題解決を図ります。これにより、顧客満足を確保し、お客様との良好な関係性のもと、継続的な契約、ひいては新規機体の販売に貢献します。

Duties and Responsibilities

·  ヘリコプターおよび装備品の整備、修理、改造の提案および契約締結
·  契約履行に伴う顧客対応および社内調整
·  売上計画および収支管理
·  顧客満足維持向上。
