Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Business Improver (f/m) to join our MRO logistics platform based in Marignane, France.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for operational enhancement, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative strategies to improve overall business performance. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management of Airbus. You will be directly attached to the transversal improvement plateau, acting transversally between the spares, MRO and quality environment.

Your challenges:

1. Analyze Operations: 

· 
Conduct thorough analyses of current operations, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

· 
Utilize data-driven insights to propose actionable recommendations for optimizing end-to-end performance. 

2. Process Improvement: 

· 
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality across the end-to-end process.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and ensure best practices are followed

· 
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving, by fostering PPS in the landscape 

3. Project Management: 

· 
Lead and manage improvement projects from conception to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

· 
Monitor project outcomes and iterate on processes based on feedback and performance metrics

4. Stakeholder Engagement: 

· 
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including logistics, operations, IT, customer service teams, to align improvement initiatives with business objectives

· 
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to management and team members. 

5. Performance Metrics: 

· 
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives and overall logistics performance. 

· 
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to highlight progress and results

 

Your profile:

· 
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· 
3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related role within the logistics or supply chain industry. 

· 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. 

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

· 
Project management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading improvement initiatives. 

· 
Familiarity with logistics technologies and software systems (e.g., TMS, WMS) is desirable. 

· 
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
