Job Description
A vacancy for an ATI Beluga CCO Dispatcher and Planner has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join ATI Flight Operations Department.
Oversized Air transport, managed by Airbus Transport International (ATI), an Airbus subsidiary, is in charge of Beluga oversized Major Component Assembly (MCA) / Constituent Assembly (CA) transport from production to sub and final assembly lines.
Joining our team you will ensure 2 missions:
• As Flight Crew Planning Planner (part time only), you will ensure that a qualified flight crew is allocated to all Beluga flights and that qualification (new or renewal) are planned in due time. You will also ensures that Flight Crew individual planning fully complies with European regulation (EU-FTL) and company agreement.
• As Flight Dispatcher (main activity - 2/3 of the time), you will ensure that flights are prepared in accordance with regulations and internal procedures.
Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Prepare and issue Flight Crew planning considering both flight and ground activities and revise it each time necessary.
· Check that all legal and company agreement requirements are fulfilled (maximum duty time, minimum rest time, qualification...).
· Anticipate operational problems and negotiate constraint adjustment each time necessary. Evaluate situations and take decisions with complete objectivity.
· Review periodically flight crew training programme with Flight Operations department and launch required training sessions in order to guarantee qualification renewal in due time.
· Collect individual wishes (holidays, desiderata...) from Crew Members, approve or reject requests according to applicable policy.
· Arrange Hotel and flight crew positioning trips.
· Propose any improvement that contributes to Flight Crew Planning process maturity and overall Airbus Transport objectives achievement. Define and follow up relevant KPIs.
Required skills :
You will have the following skills and experience:
· Flight Dispatcher Diploma (ENAC, ESMA or equivalent).
· Engineering knowledge.
· Experience as Flight Dispatcher.
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools.
· EASA FTL (Flight Time Limitation) regulations Knowledge is a plus.
· Experience in an Airline or in planning is a plus.
· Good coordination, relational and communication skills.
· Ability to cope with highly demanding environments
· English - intermediate level is required.
· French - fluent level is required.
· Ability to work in shifts.
