opportunity for a Project manager for Manufacturing Engineering Business Analyst: has arisen within Airbus Defence & space, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the Business Analyst area
RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will join TDBOE1 (Manufacturing Engineering Digital) team in Getafe to be in charge of implementation of new digital solution affecting Manufacturing Engineering area, adapting current PLM applications such as SNT/CMS, ERP SAP MM and MEP (Schedule Planning tools).
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

Contribute to identify needs from Manufacturing Engineering areas as Business Analyst Digital role, translate them into requirements in our legacy systems, prepare functional designs, contribute to the coordination into the different development teams and stakeholders inside Digital Organization, perform integration tests and UAT (User Acceptance Tests) and provide end-user support.

Contribute to develop digital innovative projects to deliver tangible and robust solutions back to Manufacturing Engineering based on different Programs such as A400M, C295, MRTT, Eurodrone, FCAS, SIRTAP and EFA.
·
Business analyst from Manufacturing Engineering process in PLM tools (SNT and CMS legacies systems in AD&S) concerning configuration management, master data and BOM definition.
·
Business analyst from Manufacturing Engineering process in ERP SAP (MM Module) and interfaces from PLM tools to ERP SAP systems (material definition, structure and routing).
·
Contribution as business analyst in DDMS@MIA project for new Programs as Eurodrone, with direct interaction with the Manufacturing Engineering stakeholders, drafting the specification dossier (functional analysis) of new interfaces between 3DX platform and the PLM legacy and ERP SAP systems, supporting to the development teams, testing the solution, working on the deployment phase of the solution if needed. Including the transfer of knowledge to the Maintenance team (or Service Owners) of the solution provided.

Contribution as business processes analyst in the AD&S digital transformation projects for SAP landscape (evolution to S/4 Hana) focussed on the Manufacturing Engineering Spanish scope.
·
Estimation of new requirements and enhancements of Manufacturing Engineering Processes in the current legacy tools (PLM & ERP).
·
Analyst for AD&S digital transformation projects in Aerospace and Defence Industry related to Schedule Planning tools.
·
Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources (in Digital) during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
·
Contribute to document Manufacturing Engineering applications from a functional point of view, including the data modelling related to interfaces between different applications to improve Manufacturing Engineering services.
·
Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the ME area.
SKILLS
You should fulfil the following conditions
·
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or related discipline.
·
Working background in the Aerospace industry and experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
·
Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
·
Solutioning given list of non-technical requirements
·
Writing technical specs (includes active participation in design meetings) and documentation.
·
Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
·
Capability to understand, influence and evaluate functional and technical system designs.
·
Stakeholder Management and structured way of working.
·
High stress-level resistance in an operational environment.
·
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode.
·
Advanced level of English.
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
