The jobholder will join Training Delivery & Development area (TAST02) to support EuroDrone ( ED) Program for Training deliveries assurance oToCoQ.

Main activities:
Support the realization of the business targets in the frame of the EuroDrone program execution with regard to Training Needs and Training Delivery Services:

·  Assurance of Training Needs Analysis activities (under LND workshare) from Prime (ADS GmbH) side

·  Assurance of Training Delivery oT for ED

·  Lead Training Instructor Plan Definition and execution for ED

·  Lead the Global Training Needs Analysis for end customer (Participant Nations)

·  Assure Operator Readiness (TAST) is ready for Training

·  Delivery according to plan (Certified Instructors Ramp-Up)

·  Lead the Global Training Needs Analysis for both

·  Maintenance and Operation (Flight Crew and Mission Crew)

·  Support Program and Customer Partner organisation activities towards end customer (OCCAR) for Training forums and training related topics

·  Support Training Means development activities: Full Flight Simulator, Part Task Trainer, Computed Based Training - in close contact with Simulation Services SME, including the courseware development validation

Requirements:
- Engineering degree (both aeronautical or equivalent).

- Senior Expert in LTA & MRTT Training delivery & development products

- Clearly customer and goals oriented ("to make it fly").
- Team working skills in multicultural environment.
- Able to work under pressure, showing some flexibilty when required.

- Able to travel to ADS customer facilities.

- Experience in face to face meetings/discussion/negotiations with ADS customers.

- Communication skills in both spanish and english.

- Capacity to innovate and generate new ideas over the actual WoW.

- Skills into managing priorities and product quality oriented.

- Clearly focused in our Ethics and Compliance pillars.
