Your mission :

·  Support senior configuration managers in planning and executing configuration management activities.
·  Assist in maintaining data consistency, controlling changes and managing baselines.
·  Become responsible for configuration management activities of small projects.
·  Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers managing our product data and deliver accurate information and high-quality data packages.
·  Contribute to our digital transformation and help shape the future of configuration management.
·  Learn and apply configuration management processes, tools and technologies.

Your profile :

·  Engineering degree or similar qualification.
·  Strong interest in configuration management, data management and space systems.
·  Basic knowledge of configuration management principles and processes.
·  Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
·  First knowledge or experience with PLM Systems such as Windchill and product databases in general are appreciated.
·  Data and digitalization mindset with an eagerness to explore Data Science & AI driven digital ways of working.
·  Excellent communication skills, team spirit and comfortable in complex project settings managing a multitude of stakeholders.
·  A growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning and pioneering new technologies and ways of working.
·  Strong self-management skills, attention to detail, and awareness of compliance standards.
·  Willingness to work on military projects.
·  Negotiation-level English and German skills; French and Spanish are a plus.

Ihre Aufgaben

·  Unterstützung erfahrener Konfigurationsmanager bei der Planung und Durchführung von Konfigurationsmanagement-Aktivitäten.
·  Mitarbeit bei der Aufrechterhaltung der Datenkonsistenz, der Kontrolle von Änderungen und der Verwaltung von Baselines.
·  Übernahme der Verantwortung für Konfigurationsmanagement-Aktivitäten in kleineren Projekten.
·  Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Zulieferern und Kunden bei der Verwaltung unserer Produktdaten und der Lieferung von präzisen Informationen und qualitativ hochwertigen Datenpaketen.
·  Beitrag zu unserer digitalen Transformation und Mithilfe bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft des Konfigurationsmanagements.
·  Erlernen und Anwenden von Konfigurationsmanagement-Prozessen, -Tools und -Technologien.

Ihr Profil

·  Ingenieursabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
·  Starkes Interesse an Konfigurationsmanagement, Datenmanagement und Raumfahrtsystemen.
·  Grundkenntnisse der Prinzipien und Prozesse des Konfigurationsmanagements.
·  Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und die Bereitschaft, neue Tools und Technologien zu erlernen.
·  Erste Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen mit PLM-Systemen wie Windchill und Produktdatenbanken im Allgemeinen sind von Vorteil.
·  Eine Daten- und Digitalisierungsmentalität mit dem Wunsch, datenwissenschaftliche und KI-gesteuerte digitale Arbeitsweisen zu erkunden.
·  Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexen Projektumgebungen zurechtzufinden, in denen eine Vielzahl von Stakeholdern zu managen ist.
