Job Description

Airbusiness Academy SAS is a training center, subsidiary of Airbus Group.

Its Knowledge Management  organization  is looking for a  :

Knowledge management facilitator

You enjoy working with many different organizations and has passion for effective translation of science into new and improved products , processes, and services in business.

You are autonomous, you like new challenges and are ready to support the deployment of the Knowledge Management initiatives in the company

BASIC PURPOSE

The job purpose is to deploy  KM solutions and facilitate product knowledge community,  for our customers, either current practices or future developments

You will contribute to business & product improvement through the development and implementation of KM solutions.

You will perform definition, design, customization & validation of KM solutions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES :

·  Management ofhis/her own activities by doing:

·  To facilitate Knowledge Management solutions such as knowledge transfer, lessons learnt, communities of practices, consultancy missions.

·  To support the implementation of product knowledge areas / communities of practices by:

·  Facilitating communities of practice kick off meeting
·  Train the communities members into their knowledge management missions
·  Define with the experts the product scope of the knowledge areas
·  Collect inputs from the communities to define a knowledge backlog of actions
·  Support the authoring of product knowledge and update
·  Facilitate Lessons Learnt to promote prescriptions and new design rules
·  Follow-up the implementation of each communities

·  To monitor and guarantee the quality of services and to ensure continuous improvement.
·  To collate, analyse and provide robust and detailed information / evidence to improve existing services and programmes , and to inform the design of new and innovative projects and services.
·  To hold regular meetings, observations and sessions with associates/partners in order to keep them informed and to maintain a real partnership spirit
·  To develop a sound relationship with customers, for the quality follow-up, the continuous improvement of existing products and for proposals of new requests,
·  To liaise with customers to gather all necessary information to run the activity efficiently and to have the right resources (quality/quantity).

·  To develop consulting activities : conduct audits, bring consultancy expertise to customers , develop benchmarking and best practice

·  Organisational Knowledge Management :

·  To provide a strategic view on the further development of knowledge management systems and practices in order to support the work and development of the organization into the future.
·  To support Business Development team for responding to call for tenders, funding bids as required.
·  To provide learning and information to support peer learning and networking activities.
·  To develop a client orientation by understanding clients’needs and concerns, by responding promptly and effectively to client needs and customizing services and products as appropriate.

:: Your profile :

·  Engineer  degree  with more than 5 years of aeronautical experience .
·  Demonstrated excellent communication skills ( written and verbal) adaptable to different levels of expertise.
·  Demonstrated analytical thinking , experience in roles that require accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
·  Innovative and creative - able  to work with potential partners to identify , evaluate and develop effective innovation solutions.
·  Ability to develop,  prioritise and manage work effectively
·  Understanding of how-to visualise / present data and how to record and store information in a digital format.
·  Proactive, autonomous, resourceful, inquisitive, and able to build a strong team spirit.
·  Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills
·  English &  French fluencies required spoken and written,   and an other langage  will be an asset.
·  Experience in Engineering and /or Knowledge management will be an asset

You are inclined to travel and have the necessary availability
