An opportunity for a Jigs and tools Engineer for MDCD
production support has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas

The selected candidate will join the Mfg.Eng. Tools Development Engineer

RESPONSABILITIES 

·  Support production start of assembly jigs for A350F Main deck Cargo Door. The position requires availability to work in trple production shift pattern
·  Support the plant in all activities where tools are involved in the frame of Main Deck Cargo Door assembly line
·  Secure that the provided J& tool solution solution is completely integrated within the industrial system, through a robust acceptance process based on defined KPIs.
·  Secure the industrialization of Jigs & Tools (creation, development and modification) until Final Acceptance and handover to Operations for A350F Main Deck Cargo Door new assembly line
·  Design and/or specify the tooling in accordance with the process engineer from manufacturing engineering, operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomic, maintenance engineer and tooling quality.

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the area
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: SAP, Office
