Duration: 3-6 months

The Obsolescence Service Centre is responsible for the operational treatment and prevention of obsolescence cases related to Equipment and Materials purchased by Airbus Helicopters.

Your role will involve the following exciting tasks:

· Supporting the Obsolescence Service Centre team in their daily business,
· Supporting the deployment of the new Obsolescence tool by defining:
· The facilitation of the obsolescence management process within Strategic Procurement, ensuring the proactive identification, analysing and treating obsolescence cases in cooperation with the Strategic Buyer and the multi-functional team (Engineering, Operational Procurement, Quality, Program, Support & Services, etc.).

You will have the opportunity to:

· Demonstrate your capability to achieve strong operational results in the area of Obsolescence Management,
· Contribute to the development, improvement and deployment of the new obsolescence tool,
· Be part of a transnational team,
· Develop your competencies within Aerospace business,
· Discover an interesting topic: the management of an obsolescence case.

Desired profile

Required skills

You offer:

· Enrolled student within Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or similar field of study
· Agile with tools: SAP, Access, MS Windows
· Fluency in French and English
· Proactive, persistent and logical approach to new challenges

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.

If you are undertaking the internship on a voluntary basis during your studies, i.e. not as a compulsory requirement of a study programme, the maximum duration is 3 months. If you wish to complete your compulsory internship, please include the relevant excerpt from your study regulations/guidelines with your application. Afterwards a voluntary internship of max. 3 months is possible.
