Mission:
Create and maintain a network with all customer areas, on the basis of trust and long-term goals, and provide strategic political advice for the CEO and Executive Committee members. Lobby for overarching and program-specific subjects and interests.
Job Description:
· Carry out general service and support- tasks for all Company sections (e.g. central VIP database, organization of meetings, conferences, etc.).
· Plan and implement individual measures (‘lobbying’), coordinated with the Business Units and sections (e.g. AI Group Int.), so as to promote our respective interests, including appropriate support for export campaigns.
· Support the Divisions on issues concerning administration and procedures (export control, procurement procedures, CPM, etc.).
· Contribute to positively shaping the company's image and the way the group is perceived externally by working on the brand positioning towards parliamentarians
· Organize and coordinate political backing for the Company’ main export and foreign projects by the Governments, by embassies in foreign countries and by foreign embassies in the respective countries (’national political backing’).
· Responsibly implement ‘central export control’ for the Company and its subsidiaries.
· Coordinate political strategies and activities with PA parties.
· Safeguard the operational and strategic goals of the Company, its Divisions and subsidiaries.
· Back the development of new business options and the implementation of existing projects through active and appropriate lobbying campaigns.
· Intensify the overall understanding of business goals and options for future actions within the political sphere.
· Develop a positive image of the Company as an important value- adding company.
· Contribute to positively shaping Company's image and the way the Group is seen externally.
· Reach a higher level of customer satisfaction.
· Develop positions on general political issues and thus contribute to an economy and innovation friendly political environment and society.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Relations, Law, or related fields.
· A master's degree in Public Management, Government Relations, or Corporate Affairs is a plus.
· Solid experience and technical knowledge in the areas of Government Relations and International Relations.
· Proficiency in foreign trade legislation, with a focus on regulatory standards and export procedures.
· Proven ability to network and build long-term relationships with stakeholders, public agencies, and diplomatic missions.
· Analytical and strategic thinking skills to anticipate political scenarios and propose actions aligned with business objectives.
· Diplomatic, professional ethics, and extreme discretion in handling sensitive and strategic information.
· Proactive profile and high resilience to deal with volatile government deadlines.
· Strong results orientation, ensuring that lobbying campaigns and institutional actions generate effective value for the organization.
· Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading).
· Advanced English (will be assessed in the interview).
· Advanced Spanish is desirable.
· Intermediate French is a plus.
