The Innovation Manager primary objective for 2026 is to deploy Gemini worldwide. This role is critical in shifting the organization from local experimentation to industrialized upskilling and tangible business value creation across all Domains.

2. Project Context
As we enter the Mass Roll-Out phase, the primary objective for 2026 is to deploy Gemini to 16,000 eligible employees and achieve 12,000 active users. This role is critical in shifting the organization from pilot experimentation to industrialized upskilling and tangible business value creation across all domains.
3. Primary Responsibilities

Strategic License Activation & Onboarding:
·
Oversee the deployment of "Golden Rules" sessions (mandatory for license activation) and ensure their integration into the newcomer onboarding process.
·
Collaborate with the managerial community to drive the conversion of "Gemini App" users into "Gemini for Workspace" users.
·
Adoption & Engagement Strategy:
·
Lead the animation of the Ambassador Community (target: 1,200+ ambassadors), ensuring active engagement through monthly events and local support.
·
Establish and animate a "Gemini Managers Community" to drive adoption from the top down.
·
Design and execute engagement initiatives, such as usage contests and the dissemination of "testimony videos" to inspire the workforce.
·
Industrialized Upskilling Management:
·
Coordinate the company-wide delivery of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced training sessions.
·
Oversee the execution of at least 2 Upskilling Hackathons per month to maintain momentum.
·
Value Creation Governance:
·
Lead and support Business Value Workshops (target: 2 per month) to identify high-value use cases.
·
Manage the "Gems Board" governance in collaboration with Transformation Domain Leaders (TDLs) to validate and deploy new "Gems" (custom AI agents).
·
Monitor the creation target of at least 3 Gems per Domain per quarter.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2026
·
Activation: Reach 16,000 activated licenses.
·
Adoption: Achieve 12,000 active users.
·
Network: Sustain an active community of ~1,200 Ambassadors.
·
Value: Deliver 3 validated Gems per Domain per quarter.
5. Required Skills & Qualifications
·
Experience: Senior profile with proven experience in managing company-wide change management execution.
·
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage with Transformation Domain Leaders (TDLs), Top Management, and Unions/Work Councils.
·
Generative AI Knowledge: Fluent with Gemini, Prompt Engineering, and AI use cases is highly preferred.
·
Communication: Strong skills in creating content (newsletters, hub articles) and animating large communities.
·
Language: English is mandatory; French, German, or Spanish are strong assets for delivering "Golden Rules" sessions globally.
