Industrial Designer (d/f/m)

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Transforming trends, airline feedback, and market insights into groundbreaking physical design concepts.

· 
 Developing compelling customer focused solutions using 2D and 3D techniques alongside physical and digital tools.

· 
 Presenting your vision to key stakeholders using captivating 2D, 3D, and virtual presentations.

· 
Acting as a champion for design and customer needs throughout the development process to ensure a human-centred approach.

· 
Collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve a balance of desirability, feasibility, and viability.

· 
This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Educated to degree level in Design 

· 
Proven design experience , ideally gained within a leading in-house team or design agency.

· 
Exceptional visualisation skills in 2D (After Effects, Photoshop, Figma) and 3D (Blender, Alias, Rhino, Vizcom or equivalent).

· 
Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing and production processes.

· 
Highly motivated, creative, and open-minded spirit with a proactive attitude.

· 
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills , with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

· 
English language skills at negotiation level.
