This position is subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals.

ABOUT THE ROLE  

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at an exciting time as we transform and shape our future in Belfast. This is an opportunity to bring your HR experience and have real impact at a pivotal moment. 

As the HRBP you will support multiple functions across the Belfast site. You will operate as an HR consultant in how you partner with, listen to and advise the business.  

You will also ensure that HR policies are applied and that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

· 
Becoming a true partner to the business and advising managers in their management roles in line with HR strategy.

· 
Working with the leadership team, as well as managers and employees, to drive the human aspect of change and championing our Airbus values.

· 
Establishing a two-way information flow with the business and the Centers of Expertise: ensuring management awareness for HR policies and providing input on business needs to the Center of Expertise, providing managers with HR tools and practices for managing all HR-related process. 

· 
Supporting and challenging managers on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of resource planning (skills, headcount planning), internal and external mobility/recruitment and contributing to the staffing plan. 

· 
Advising and coaching managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration and talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews 

· 
Ensuring effective employee relation solutions within existing local employee relation policy and practice. 

 

ABOUT YOU

· 
Generalist HR knowledge with good change management competencies. 

· 
A highly proactive mindset, the ability to anticipate and address business issues and offer solutions to managers.

· 
The ability to work autonomously whilst connecting with, influencing and challenging your business 

· 
Proficient communication and conflict management skills, teamwork and collaboration skills

· 
Employee relations experience

· 
Qualified to degree level or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource Management of Business Studies (desirable)

· 
CIPD qualification or working towards this qualification is desirable.
