We are looking for an HR Admin - Spanish Speaker to join our GBS Hire to Retire (H2R) Team.
Responsibilities - your mission
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department where we manage all HR Service & Administration tasks within the employee life cycle. Our team's service delivery is structured around four critical pillars essential to the employee life cycle, ensuring comprehensive support and operational excellence within the Spain sites - HR Services & Administration, Time & Absence Management, Compensation & Benefits and Reporting.
Main Responsibilities:

Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information / Implement sickness & accident leaves in the system
·
Enter data into SAP or Workday /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, ..) in Workday.
·
Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions
·
Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolve concerns
·
Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive, SAP and Workday processes.

Monitor RPA performance for existing applications
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
·
Previous experience working in Human Resources
·
Fluent in English and Spanish
·
Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite
·
Good communication skills
·
Strong organizational and time management skills
·
Detail-oriented
·
Versatility to work with different technical tools
·
Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
·
Results oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
·
Be able to work with minimal supervision and using own initiative
·
Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
·
Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and to prioritize effectively
·
Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
