Feladatok:

· 
A nyitott gyártási rendelések nyomon követése a kiszállítási tervek teljesülése érdekében. 

· 
A folyamatok ellenőrzése és összehangolása a termelés, minőségellenőrzés, az ellátási lánc és a logisztika között, az időbeli kiszállítás biztosítása érdekében.

· 
Gyártási kapacitások hatékony kihasználása, prioritások közvetítése a műszakvezetők felé, biztosítva a gyártási és a kiszállítási tervekhez való igazodást.

· 
Késésben lévő gyártási rendelések esetében cselekvési terv készítése, információáramlás biztosítása a társosztályok között.

· 
A mutatószámok nyomon követése és elemzése (KPI) a várakozási időre, az átfutási időre, a munkaközpontonkénti szállítási határidők betartására minden gyártási rendelésre vonatkozóan, a termelés hatékonyságának és kapacitásának növelése érdekében.

· 
Valós idejű adatok és SAP lejelentések nyomon követése, pontos adatok és riportok biztosítása

· 
Részvétel a napi WPS-rutinban

· 
Részvétel a napi termelési értekezleten

· 
Jelentés a WPS-nek

Követelmények:

· 
Minimum középfokú végzettség

· 
Erős Office ismeretek

· 
Határozott, energikus, pozitív fellépés

· 
Pontos, hatékony munkavégzés

Előny:

· 
SAP vállalatirányítási rendszer ismerete

· 
Gyártási és tervezési rendszer ismerete

· 
Alapfokú angol nyelvismeret

· 
Műszaki ismeretek

Tasks:

· 
Ensure end to end drumbeat of work order to be deliver weekly for turnover

· 
Drumbeat daily work order into production, quality, supply chain and challenge all the stakeholders

· 
Securize actions to be done by all stakeholders including production, quality, supply chain to insure on time delivery

· 
Following alignment with WPS ensures the good prioritization with shift leader and coherence of Production planning. 

· 
Propose action plan to recover delay for each WO late

· 
Follow up KPIs for waiting time, leadtime, adherence to delivery  per work center, per reference and challenge production efficiency and capacity 

· 
Controlling real time data and SAP confirmations, providing accurate data and reports 

· 
Participate to WPS routine

· 
Participate to Production review meeting 

· 
Report to WPS

Requirements:

· 
Minimum High School degree

· 
Strong computer skills

· 
Determined, energetic, positive mindset

Advantage:

· 
Knowledge of SAP

· 
Knowledge of production and planification system

· 
English basic

· 
Mechanical knowledge
