Job Description

Aufgaben:

- Entwicklung und Konstruktion der Primärstruktur (CFK und Metall)

- Erstellung und Freigabe von funktions- und fertigungsgerechten Bauunterlagen in CATIA als 3D-/2D-Modelle unter Berücksichtigung von Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Fachnormen

- Abstimmung mit der internen Fertigung sowie mit dem Kunden Airbus hinsichtlich prozessoptimierter Konstruktion.

- Unterstützung bei Design to Cost Aktivitäten

- Durchführen von Toleranzanalysen mit Hilfe von 1DCS & 3DCS Methoden

- Technische Schnittstelle zur Fertigung, Planung und Aufwands-abschätzung

- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme von Meetings, Abstimmung mit Partnern (AI)

Qualifikation:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen bzw. Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation

-  Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Flugzeugstrukturen

-  Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CFK und Metallstrukturen

- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Airbus-Prozessen wünschenswert

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cata V5, Global-VPM, PDM-Link SSCI, PLM-Light, CPD

- Englisch verhandlungssicher

- teamfähig, selbstständig, belastbar, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
