Your tasks and responsibilities
It will be your task to perform flight mechanics and flight performance design and simulation activities required to answer Eurofighter, FCAS and other fighter program project needs during the full development cycle.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Develop new flight mechanics models, vehicle simulations and tools for the overall aircraft simulation
·
Execute flight mechanics aircraft simulations and in depth analyze the results
·
Influence the overall aircraft design to ensure stability and control characteristics
·
Conduct research and technology activities and develop methods and tools in line with the engineering strategy to improve the vehicle simulation
·
Define and analyze handling qualities
·
Analyze aircraft airfield, mission and point performance
·
Analyze existing aircraft requirements and define means of compliance
·
Influence the overall aircraft design to ensure compliance with all performance requirements
·
Support the chief engineers with design decisions
·
Interact with interface disciplines such as control law design, aerodynamics, fuel/stores, system design, loads, safety, etc.
Desired skills and qualifications
·
Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering;
·
First Engineering experience;
·
Experience in flight dynamics and mechanics, flight control system is an advantage;
·
Good Programming knowledge: Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python, C/C++
·
Integrity and confidence to speak up;
·
Evident ability to learn and grow fast;
·
Very good interpersonal and communication skills, strong teamplayer;
·
Fluent German and English;
