Description of the job :
Airbus Toulouse is looking for a ‘Flight Crew Training Solutions Manager’ (m/f). You will join the Flight Crew Training Solutions Department.
Task & accountabilities :
Your role will be to:
-Participate to the definition of specifications for training solutions / materials to support training operations,
- Ensure availability of training solutions / materials as specified, needed by any Airbus departments (and ATO),
- Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (or subcontractors) to facilitate and coordinate the development and deployment of training products,
- Ensure the worldwide training solutions initial deployment and monitor their usage. Responsible for associated coordination/communication internally and externally,
- Participate in the definition of the Airbus standard,
- Participate to the update and consistence of Standardization Directives,
- Participate to the specifications of flight training needs,
- Internal (Airbus) & external (ATO) coordination & initial deployment for items relative to the flight training,
- Implementation and monitoring of project in accordance with defined roadmap,
- Participate to SLTF working group,
- Management of request in term of training specifications,
- Any other related activities at the discretion of the manager.
Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills & competences:
- Capacity to manage transversal and international support to achieve the global objectives,
- Competencies in project management,
- Knowledgeable on MS Office, cloud management and distance learning,
- Ability to understand, analyse and summarize,
- Drafting ability (ability to think and develop a logically structured written document),
- Autonomy and Leadership,
- Communication skills,
- Very good level of English required (negotiation level),
- Knowledge in Airbus flight operations documentations,
- Knowledge in airlines operations,
- Knowledge in part ops / fcl regulation,
- Experience in initial and/or advanced flight crew training appreciated.
