Finance Analyst

Job Description:

As a Finance Analyst, you will support a diverse set of activities related to controlling finance activities related to long-term sustainability of the GBS. You will report directly to the GBS CFO. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· 
Lead and elaborate the financial planning for the GBS entity in accordance with Airbus standards and in alignment with Central Finance

· 
Customer/stakeholder management within Airbus network, mainly senior managers in different countries. 

· 
Oversee the headcount evolution in the GBS and plan the financials accordingly 

· 
Generate reports on a per needed basis both internally and externally to the GBS

· 
Review and prepare presentations to ensure accuracy and quality of data presented

· 
Liaise with the GBS Management, HR and Controlling teams for data consistency

· 
Ensure data and information security by upholding the right permissions levels

· 
Cost savings tracker and reporting on a monthly basis. 

· 
Liaise with the HR team in order to update all the information and follow-up ramp up strategy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· 
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously 

· 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· 
Ability to prioritize tasks

· 
Ability to analyze, interpret and organize large amounts of data, and compile and organize data retrieved for the leadership

· 
Proficient with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc)

· 
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance fields

· 
Ability to work under a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding, and ever-changing environment
