Description of the job

You will be part of the Strategic Pricing team within Satair which is currently transforming and enhancing his entire activity with ambitious targets! Our scope is global! We define and implement advanced price strategies and many innovative price-related actions and policies. We drive the profit of the company while achieving the highest possible long-term customer satisfaction.

In this position you will act as Digital Pricing Manager (f/m) and you will join us in Hamburg.

Tasks & accountabilities

What do we expect from you?

Your role will be to support the digital transformation of our pricing activity, by being a credible and professional interlocutor to IT while being supporting the daily operations through a solid business expertise in costing, pricing, analytics and IT tool development.

What will be your tasks?

·  You will be the credible and professional operational focal point for topics related to the digitalization of our costing and pricing activity with the digital transformation team and the central Airbus IT team
·  You will contribute to the successful implementation of our pricing transformation project by leading the digital work package aiming at facilitating the access to technical data in a digitalized format
·  You will enhance the pricing analytics capabilities by performing data analysis on pricing and costing topics
·  You will transform data thanks to your expertise into an added value to improve and optimize our business process in alignment with our process owner
·  You will develop innovative tools to improve our accuracy and daily operations
·  You will support the development of new and sophisticated costing and pricing algorithms to bring the costing. and pricing activities to a next level in a context of big data and technical data management.

Required skills

What do you offer?

·  You have a university degree in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Industrial engineering or equivalent
·  You have strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Access /VBA, and other current key IT applications
·  You are familiar with the current development of digitalization and you are up to date to latest IT tools and languages such as Python
·  You have the ability to develop IT tools and pricing algorithms
·  You have experiences in working with operational pricing interfaces or similar
·  Ideally, you have experience or a passion for engineering and/or manufacturing to relate digitalization to our technical environment
·  You are able to simplify IT languages to your business environment
·  You have the capability to build complex analytics
·  You show excellent communication and presentation skills combined with a problem solving way of working within a team
·  You are at negotiation level in English, German and French languages skills would be a plus.
