Job Description
Your new team:
A vacancy for a DevSecOps Engineer (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Hamburg at the earliest possible start date. You will join “Digital Archiving”.
We are modernizing our Long Term Archiving (LTA). This project called AIRINA is performed in SAFe mode and with DevSecOps principals. We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer (d/f/m) to take over the responsibility for our CI/CD pipeline.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
· You will design, build and maintain our automated CI/CD pipeline covering all phases to allow fully automated deployments across all environments from Development, Q&A to Production
· Enforcing system quality through test automation and code quality check is part of your responsibilities
· It is part of your job to ensure operational availability of the Digital Archive, optimise resources utilisation and help guaranteeing applications performance and reliability
· Automating the traditional role of system administrators for the Digital Archive to simplify day-to-day operations is part of your new role as well
· You will build and maintain appropriate monitoring as well as self-healing solutions to increase system resilience
· You will provide guidance and support for business and technical teams to fully leverage the benefits of automation and “DevOps”
Your boarding pass:
· You hold a degree (or equivalent) in IT, engineering or a related discipline
· You have good understanding of DevOps concept and movement
· You have experience with CI/CD pipelines as well as with methodologies, processes and tools, such as Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, etc.
· Experience with automated configuration management technologies such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef is part of your profile
· You are familiar with logging & event management tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Zabbix, etc.
· Linux and Windows system administration know-how is part of your skill set
· You have knowledge on test automation using frameworks and products such as Selenium, TestNG, xUnit, Postman, SoapUI, etc.
· You have experience with hosting and operating J2EE applications using RedHat EAP as Enterprise Application Server
· Good knowledge on software development concepts and experience with shell scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, Go, Java, Bash is part of your profile
· If you have experience with cloud and container technologies it would be a plus as well as know-how with CyberArk Conjur
· You are fluent in English, German would be a plus
