If desired, your place of work can also be flexibly determined between our locations within Germany, provided the company agrees. If the company agrees, the specified location will be agreed in writing in your employment contract as part of the hiring process.

Your tasks
·
Implementation of crisis management strategy, business continuity and definition of governance for medium to big consulting projects
·
Organization of crisis management, crisis plan and associated documentation and delivery of crisis and business continuity exercises (Reality Check, Serious Game, Simulation) for for medium to big consulting projects
·
Evaluation and audit of crisis management and business continuity
·
Plan and lead small consulting projects and significantly participate to consulting projects of medium to big size
·
Apply consulting methods independently while documenting and presenting results internally and externally
·
Training and coaching in crisis management and business continuity
·
Improvement of existing processes and toolings
·
Occasional advice to customers for possible further support (cross-/up-selling)
·
Preparation of required documentation and presentation of work results
Required expertise and skills
·
The work task requires knowledge and skills that are generally acquired through a relevant, completed degree programme of up to 4 years‘ duration in the field of engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or comparable degree programmes and related subject-specific additional qualification. The overall required knowledge and experience may have been acquired in other ways
·
Knowledge and experience in the above listed tasks
·
Deep understanding of resilience frameworks (ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 27031, NIST SP 800-34)
·
Knowledge and experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment methodologies
·
Knowledge and experience in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans
·
Experience with Emergency Response and Crisis Communication procedures and with resilience management tools and crisis platforms
·
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery principles and coordination with IT teams
·
Understanding of incident classification and escalation procedures
·
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders during incidents and strong facilitation skills for BIA workshops
·
Cultural sensitivity for working with international teams
·
German and English: negotiation level mandatory (spoken and written)
·
Willingness to travel on business at home and abroad
A security clearance is required for this activity or must be issued by the responsible authorities.
