Description of the job

A vacancy for a Customer Order Specialist has arisen within SatAir in Hamburg at the earliest possible start date.
You will join the Costumer Order Desk department.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible for supporting customers "Aircraft on Ground" material requirements by finding favorable solutions.

Your main activities will include:

·  Coordinating and interfacing between the customer and the Airbus spare parts order process
·  Administering the complete customer order including initial receipt, sourcing, escalation and delivery follow up
·  Ensuring in-time delivery for all spare parts and related services to all Airbus customers' worldwide using technical and

commercial data

Required skills

As the successful candidate you are able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

·  Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
·  Requires a high degree of independence, ability to develop creative solutions, self-initiative while continuously providing a high

calibre of customer service under, sometimes, demanding situations

·  Experience in customer service, aerospace technical documentation and material management would be a plus
·  Extensive customer interaction requires the ability to communicate effectively in English - both verbally and written
·  Communication skills focus on the customer satisfaction are required
·  Willingness to work as part of a team in a rotating 3-shift pattern
