Description of the job

A vacancy for a Change Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in NEWPORT

The successful person will be responsible for monitor and control of multiple change mailboxes' ensuring any escalations are highlighted to the Technical Change Manager
Coordinate and generate weekly change reports for change impacting review.
Provide assistance with the internal change governance process both for work stream and business elements.

The successful candidate will need to be eligible to gain UK SC Security Clearance to undertake the role.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Analysing the impacts from different areas and checking for consistency, ensuring that impacts follow the correct guidelines.

Liaising with work stream and business leads to ensure timely sign off.

Producing business governance packs (including cost modelling) for review.

Manage service office administration.

Work closely with other stakeholders across Airbus to ensure that every change is delivered to T,C,Q and in accordance with contractual obligations.

Work with and use appropriate tools, methods and resources to achieve a successful delivery, understanding service improvement initiatives from the wider service arena to improve stakeholder satisfaction.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and organise others.
·  Experience in an administration/ Ability to communicate at a high level both in verbal and written formats.
·  Ability to communicate with external customers.
·  Experience within a Change Management environment – Transition / and Transformational Change
·  Experience of using Combodo / ITOP ITSM Tooling
·  Experience within Configuration Management
