An opportunity for a Business Operations & Subcontracting has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The candidate will take the ownership of three main pillars within Manufacturing Engineering Organization:

· 
Planning

· 
Subcontracting

· 
Risk and Opportunities

Main tasks:

· 
Define, maintain and extend BO&S operative model and governance.

· 
Coordinate local BO&S stakeholders.

· 
Drive improvement and optimization projects (specially focused on Processes and Digital Tools).

· 
Define and update harmonized set of KPI´s for the whole organization to enhance global performance.

· 
Drive OP and FC process (Workload, HC, FTE´s, budget analysis).

· 
Booked Hours Follow up, Hourly Rate Monitoring, Charge Backs (FM, IM…) surveillance and Travel Expenses Control.

· 
Suppliers management, Work Specs (WS Compilation) and Golden Rules compliance.

· 
Quality / Audits

· 
PO´s / Invoicing

· 
Risk Management

· 
Driver model domains visibility

· 
Close relation with Finance, Human Resources, General Procurement, Quality Supply Chain and Quality Engineering organizations.

SKILLS

Engineering degree or similar

· 
Experience in Finance, General Procurement and Project Management

· 
Team spirit
