Job Description:

· 
the job-holder is responsible to manage business improvements related to Fuselage Equipping Tianjin within time, scope, cost and quality; And coordinate the implementation of Airbus Operating System (AOS) in Fuselage Equipping Tianjin.

· 
Implement industrialization and improvements compliance and projects 

· 
Contribute to business processes management, drive continuous improvement of the performance, demonstrate tangible contributions to achieve program’s objectives

· 
Improve daily operational routines in FET

· 
Launch & participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedback (Management Control Routine)

· 
Measure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment)

· 
Coordinate for industrial assessments

· 
Co-facilitate building improvement roadmap with operational teams

· 
Exchange and work with other projects or departments in Europe and in China
