Scopo della Posizione
In questa posizione, supporterai i Compliance Monitoring & Safety Managers nell’attuazione del programma di monitoraggio della conformità e nel sistema di gestione della sicurezza (SMS) delle nostre organizzazioni Part-145, CAMO, DOA e POA, garantendo il rispetto delle normative EASA e degli standard EN9100. La tua missione sarà contribuire al miglioramento continuo della sicurezza operativa in un ambiente altamente regolamentato.
Le tue responsabilità principali:
· Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management System : Esegui audit e ispezioni interne secondo il piano di compliance monitoring.
· Raccolta e Analisi : Supporta l'analisi delle evidenze di conformità alle normative EASA (Part-145, Part-M/CAMO, Part-21J/DOA, Part-21G/POA) e agli standard EN9100.
· Gestione Non-Conformità (NC) : Collabora alla registrazione, follow-up e verifica delle azioni correttive/preventive per le non-conformità.
· Sicurezza : Contribuisci all'implementazione e al mantenimento del Safety Management System (SMS) , raccogliendo e analizzando le segnalazioni di sicurezza.
· Sicurezza Informativa : Supporta la gestione del Information Security Management System (ISMS), monitorando le segnalazioni di sicurezza informatica.
· Reporting : Supporta la preparazione dei report periodici per la Direzione e le Autorità Competenti.
· Documentazione Tecnica : Collabora allo sviluppo e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e dei manuali (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE, etc.).
· Formazione : Partecipa all'organizzazione di sessioni formative sul compliance monitoring e la cultura della sicurezza.
· Collaborazione Interfunzionale : Mantieni rapporti costanti con le funzioni operative (manutenzione, ingegneria CAMO, progettazione, produzione) per identificare e implementare miglioramenti.
Come convincerci che sei la persona giusta:
· Esperienza : Preferibile esperienza pratica (anche breve) in ambito manutentivo aeronautico o in ambiti come CAMO, DOA o POA.
· Conoscenze Normative : Conoscenza di base delle normative europee (EASA Part-145, Part-M, Part-21J/DOA, Part-21G/POA, Part-IS) è un plus.
· Auditing : Conoscenze di base in auditing (ISO 9001 o equivalenti). La formazione da auditor EASA è un plus.
· Sicurezza e Rischi : Conoscenza dei principi di gestione della Safety, valutazione dei rischi e problematiche relative ai fattori umani è un plus.
· Standard EN9100 : Familiarità con lo standard EN9100 è un plus.
· Competenze Tecniche : Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico scritto e parlato, e familiarità con software di gestione audit, documentazione e Safety reporting.
· Competenze Analitiche : Attitudine al problem solving e forte attenzione ai dettagli.
· Conoscenze linguistiche: Italiano livello C1; Inglese livello C1

We are looking for an Aviation Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team and actively contribute to the safety management and compliance of our operations. If you wish to be part of a dynamic reality, where every day is an opportunity to learn and grow, this is your chance.
Purpose of the Position
In this position, you will support the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Managers in implementing the compliance monitoring program and the Safety Management System (SMS) across our Part-145, CAMO, DOA, and POA organizations, ensuring adherence to EASA regulations and EN9100 standards. Your mission will be to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational safety in a highly regulated environment.
Your main responsibilities:

Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management System: Perform internal audits and inspections according to the compliance monitoring plan.
·
Data Collection & Analysis: Support the analysis of compliance evidence regarding EASA regulations (Part-145, Part-M/CAMO, Part-21J/DOA, Part-21G/POA) and EN9100 standards.
·
Non-Conformance Management (NC): Collaborate in the recording, follow-up, and verification of corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
·
Safety: Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS), collecting and analyzing safety reports.
·
Information Security: Support the management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), monitoring cybersecurity reports.
·
Reporting: Support the preparation of periodic reports for Management and Competent Authorities.
·
Technical Documentation: Collaborate in the development and updating of technical documentation and manuals (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE, etc.).
·
Training: Participate in organizing training sessions on compliance monitoring and safety culture.
·
Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain constant relationships with operational functions (maintenance, CAMO engineering, design, production) to identify and implement improvements.
How to convince us you are the right person:

Experience: Practical experience (even brief) in the aviation maintenance field or areas such as CAMO, DOA, or POA is preferred.
·
Regulatory Knowledge: Basic knowledge of European regulations (EASA Part-145, Part-M, Part-21J/DOA, Part-21G/POA, Part-IS) is a plus.
·
Auditing: Basic knowledge of auditing (ISO 9001 or equivalent). Training as an EASA auditor is a plus.
·
Safety and Risk: Knowledge of Safety management principles, risk assessment, and Human Factors issues is a plus.
·
EN9100 Standards: Familiarity with the EN9100 standard is a plus.
·
Technical Skills: Good command of written and spoken technical English, and familiarity with audit management, documentation, and Safety reporting software.
·
Analytical Skills: Problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.
·
Language Skills: Italian Level C1; English Level C1.
