Description of the job :
In the frame of the A400M Programme Quality Safety and Quality processes scope:

# Assure the adherence to A400M Quality Safety and Quality processes for all areas: FAL&DC, FTC, Tablada, IFA, Engineering, Procurement and Airbus, coordinating the different areas.
# Monitor and support Safety & Quality processes area, assuring the unique global vision, performance in accordance with Programme Objectives, management and transversal communication.
# Monitor APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and Improvement deployment in Industrial Quality scope, as required.
# Lead transversal Safety & Quality processes topics, ensuring proper synchronization among different processes and anticipating potential impacts to Programme milestones.
# Management, Monitoring and Support of the Safety & Quality processes for A400M Program Quality (QSR, concessions, SARI, Events, NC, CnQ, ...) for all areas (FAL&DC, FTC, Tablada, IFA, Engineering, Procurement and Airbus) ensuring adherence to processes.

# Ensuring the transversal communication, standardization, coordination and global vision among all areas.

# Governance Model definition and reporting Dashboard for Program Quality Safety & Quality processes.

# Assure voice of the customer communication and management.

# Manage improvement to processes: identification of improvement opportunities, plan for deployment, management of project milestones and stakeholders, deployment and monitoring.

# Lead transversal Safety & Quality processes topics, ensuring proper synchronization among different processes and anticipating potential impacts to Programme milestones.

# Develop links between the different A400M Quality processes.

# Define Safety & Quality processes Programme Quality Objectives definition, cascading and follow up.

# Report progress of Safety & Quality processes improvement projects in all required forum: internal and in front of the Authorities, OCCAR and Customer.

# Monitor the deployment of APQP and Improvements within the Industrial Quality.
# Foster Digitalization projects within Quality.
# Support & Lead critical projects for the Programme (i.e: NAC...).
# Support on the Risks and Opportunities identification in the Processes Quality area.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
¤ Engineering Degree or equivalent
¤ At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality.
¤ Experience in project management would be desired
¤ Knowledge in CAPRI and A400M related IT landscape will be appreciated
¤ Knowledge in  SAP will be a plus
¤ Negotiation level of English and Spanish is required
