Job Description

·  Leitung von dedizierten Projekten (PoCs, PoVs, Pilotprojekte) zum systematischen Test und zur Analyse der Eignung neuer IT-Technologien / Methoden / Prozesse
·  Mitwirken bei der Einführung um Umsetzung eines Digital Innovation Managements zur Etablierung eines Innovationsprozesses von der Idee bis zum PoC
·  Scouting im Bereich neuer IT-Technologien, Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0
·  Beratung hinsichtlich Möglichkeiten zur Umsetzung neuer IT-Technologien und Prozesse
·  Mitwirken bei der Einführung um Umsetzung des Digitalisation Process Managements
·  Etablierung eines geregelten Projektmanagementprozesses für Digitalisierungs- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
·  Etablierung agiler Projektmanagement- und Designmethoden für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
·  Mitarbeit beim Portfoliomanagement für alle Digitalisierungsprojekte und Beratung hinsichtlich der Möglichkeiten der Einführung und Umsetzung
·  Unterstützung des Digitalisierungs Community-Managements zwischen IT-Fachabteilungen und der Digitalisierungs-Community
·  Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Umsetzung von modernen Softwareentwicklungs/Betriebs-Prozessen (DevSecOps) und Security-By-Design Prinzipien
