As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for SUPPLY CHAIN QUALITY - QUALITY REQUIREMENTS INTERN (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse - Blagnac .
This internship is to be filled from February 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).
You will be joining the department « GP Supply Chain and Quality department » which activities include controlling and developing suppliers.
Fully integrated in the SCQM transnational team (Supply Chain Quality Managers in charge of monitoring/controlling performances and capabilities of suppliers), you will contribute to improve the Quality requirements cascaded to suppliers, in order to improve Supply Chain performance.
Procurement employs more than 500 professionals on around 40 sites in Europe as well as in China, India and the US and work with more than 15 000 suppliers worldwide!
The objective of the internship is to propose and implement improvements of the Quality Assurance Plan Guidelines document provided to suppliers.

· Tasks and Responsibilities :
You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
Your main activities will include:
· Delivery of lessons learnt, interviewing the SCQM Community to capture improvement axis based on past experiences with suppliers.
· Then, based on this study, you will propose an update of the Quality Assurance Plan Guidelines that gathers the quality requirements cascaded to our supply chain: restructuration for better understanding/lisibility, requirements clarification and new requirements.
· Required skills :
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5, in Engineering or Business school , with specialisation in Supply Chain Management and you obtain following competences:
· English: NEGOTIATION
· French: NEGOTIATION
· Your first experience in animating meetings, workshops.
· You have a good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
· You are knowledgeable in Basis Quality Standards.
· You are able to use proficiently such tools as excel and Power point.
· Soft skills:
· Rigorous, curious and autonomous.
· Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player.
· Have organizational skills.
· Able to analyse and synthesize information.
Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
