Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £14,000-£18,000

Department: Sales Support and Customer Service

Reporting to: Sales Support Manager and Customer Service Manager

Part Time hours available for the right candidate

Air Telecom are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about administration and customer service and who is also looking for a hands on and progressive role. Air Telecom have been operating business telecoms services supporting UK businesses since 2009, and have grown year on year from strength to strength.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for the company voicemail - distributing messages and returning calls as necessary
  • Taking incoming calls in a professional manner and directing them to the correct department
  • Hardware orders: Process orders with the suppliers and follow through to point of delivery to the customer
  • Scanning and attaching various company documents onto the in house system of
  • Processing replacement Sim swaps for customers both over the phones and via email
  • Assist both the Sales Support Manager and the Customer Service Manager with any other duties as requested
