As Agile PMO you play a leading role in realizing AFKL Cargo’s ambition with digital connected products and to truly innovate the way we improve our customer’s interactions. The Agile PMO is part of the Agile team responsible for creating the Digital Commercial services of AFKL Cargo.

As of 2015, the Digital Commercial program in Cargo is in place. With 6 Agile product teams we have delivered functionalities to serve our customers the best via our online channels: a.o. our website afklcargo.com and the customer portal myCargo including booking and tracking functionality. Next to that, part of the program focuses on the AFKL employee as another user of the functionalities, in order to safeguard a seamless experience for our customer via the channel of choice (off- and/or online).

The Agile PMO Digital Commercial supports the Program management in bringing the digital program to the next level. The Agile PMO optimizes the stakeholder management, safeguards the digital roadmap and supports the organization of the quarterly Program Increment planning, developments of reports and improving agile maturity.

Job description

Your main activities and responsibilities :

Safeguard the roadmap

Main tasks:
Safeguard priorities set
Optimize the PI delivery %

Develop reporting

Main tasks:
Improve the hierarchical portfolio reporting (e.g. Jira set-up from epics to features)
Prepare communication on releases
Assist in establishing and collecting metrics (e.g. information on how well teams are doing at delivering value)
Prepare the portfolio meetings (e.g. E-MT)

Organize Program Increment (PI) Planning’s

Main tasks:
Organize the PI every quarter
Align content with Digital Ops and other Commercial team.

Improve the setup of stakeholder management

Main tasks:
Secure balanced stakeholder management on program and product level
Safeguard regular stakeholder meetings
Help establish and support communities of practice

Improve agile maturity
Work together with the Agile coach to bring the program to the next level of agility, focus on program level
Align Digital Commercial portfolio with Digital Ops portfolio and other Commercial teams
