Air France USA is looking for trainees who are interested in pursuing careers in the tourism, aviation or other related industry, wishing to have a customer service oriented international training experience in the US at Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C. to complement their educational course work and professional experience career.
Interviews will be held in Paris in January 2017.
Description de la mission
The training program will focus on customer service skills. After training in various areas of customer service, Air France KLM software programs, security and safety issues and procedures and regulations, the first six months of duties will include the welcome and check-in of passengers for boarding, departures and greeting of arriving flights.
After 6 months, depending on your skills and the needs of the station, you may attend further training(s) allowing you to work in one of the following areas: VIP client service, lead flight agent (ticket counter and/or gate) and/or baggage service.

Candidates should be outgoing, friendly, organized and conscientious, with strong customer service focus and flexibility to adapt to all situations. We are seeking professional candidates who are computer proficient, detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, fluent speakers of English and French and are able to work flexible, part-time hours (including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays). Candidates should be either in the midst of university studies or have recently graduated from a university having studied aviation, business management, linguistics, tourism and hospitality, education, or a related field, and have some experience in a customer service related field. A valid driver's license is required. Candidates must qualify for the required H3 visa.
Duration: The training program will be for 18 months and will start in April or May 2017
ATTN : This training program is subject to american legislation.
Transportation: 1 ticket on Air France for your arrival to IAD. 1 ticket on Air France for your departure back to your hometown at the end of the traineeship. 1 roundtrip IAD/hometown standby ticket after 6 months and another after 12 months.
