Job description

As part of the Air France KLM E-business and Direct Sales UK and Ireland team, you will report to the E-commerce Executive and you will assist the rest of the team to drive incremental direct online revenue directly or indirectly using a range of channels
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Content management
• Perform regular checks to ensure the fares are correctly displayed and quoted
• Perform regular checks to ensure the content of the website is updated with the latest information
• Perform ad hoc checks once e-developments are live and send feedback to relevant stakeholder
• Assist with new route launch action plans
• Assist the team to keep websites (incl. m-site and apps) up to date and to solve technical issues
• Assist in reporting technical issues via reporting tool
• Perform regular checks on websites to ensure requested fixes are in place and identify areas of improvement.
• Benchmark competitor websites
Campaign management
• Assist in the implementation of campaigns on both AF and KLM websites, UK and Ireland
• Brief relevant parties as instructed, check that the websites have been updated according to brief and report any discrepancy to the Campaign Manager
• Assist in the implementation of central campaign requiring the use of Input tool
• Request visuals from Shutterstock or I-stock in all required formats from head office
E-acquisition
Newsletters
• Assist with briefing of campaign newsletters
• Proofreading newsletters for approval before sending
• Report feedback to head office on improvements and changes as directed
Paid Search
• Assist the team in briefing head office on advertisement assets for tactical campaigns
• Check AF and KLM ranking in paid search section for key routes vs competition
• Check and report on quality of the fare feed to ensure correct prices are being displayed and report any discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders
• Assist with reporting and liaising with head office as directed
Metasearch
• Regular benchmark on Metasearch sites to ensure the accurate display of both brands and fares
• Flag any unreasonable practices from competitors that undercut our websites
• Assist with reporting and liaising with head office as directed
Affiliation
• Assist the team in briefing head office on advertisement assets for tactical campaigns
• Carry out checks to make sure the campaigns are implemented as planned
• Help creating the KLM Affiliation newsletter
• Assist with reporting and liaising with head office as directed
Display
• Assist the team in briefing head office on advertisement assets for tactical campaigns
• Carry out regular checks and report if banners are not accurate
• Assist with reporting and liaising with HQ as directed
• Create and amend banners in Bannerspace for KL campaigns

Pay £12,000.00 net per annum (after tax deductions)
Duration and start date 12 months to start from January 2018
