Video Camera Person

Job description

This internship is for a video camera person to develop skills and portfolio experience in filming for an award-winning web publication.

If you have good experience of using camera and audio equipment and have your own kit, then this opportunity is for you. Ideal if you are passionate about filming, have finished university with a degree in film etc.

SLR or other another video camera and audio equipment are required for this role.

This is your chance to put your knowledge and equipment to use for real video filming assignments which will be published with full credits.

You need to be a creative person who is passionate about filming video.

As part of this role you shall gain work experience in the following:

* Develop skills to film celebrities and high-profile events in London
* Work with presenters
* Development of your creative filming skills and audio recordings
* Learning to work with schedules and priorities
* Enhance your portfolio significantly
* Chance to do photography too

The role is part-time and will be dictated by the filming assignments given to you. You will be given completed details for every assignment.

Your availability is mainly required for weekdays and/or weekends for events such as celebrity interviews, filmed with a presenter.

Desired profile

You need to have good video filming skills either as part of a course or have a good portfolio.

You must own your own camera(s), microphone, lighting etc.

You need to have a creative mindset and a patient attitude for this role.

Good communication skills are important for this opportunity.
