Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a Multi-Family Office to assist with the management of a high end portfolio of residential properties located in London. This is an exciting opportunity as the successful candidate will have exposure to all aspects of the business including property investment, residential development, property financing and other transactional experience.

The role will be to support the team and aim to take on an executive role within the short to medium term if successful.

Duties:

  • Dealing with day to day property management issues
  • Administrative support on all transactions and day to day business activities
  • Financial control / book keeping and billing
  • Reporting to clients and managing any client enquiries or requests
  • Project manage any property management issues taking place including liaising with all third parties to ensure projects meet client expectations
  • Expected to take initiative on different projects and eventually lead projects with little to no supervision
  • Marketing to new clients and sourcing new business leads
  • Creating brand / marketing initiatives
  • Sourcing residential properties for investment and end users

The Successful Candidate:

  • Past experience of property management is preferred but not essential
  • Desire to work in property with the expectation of taking on more responsibility
  • Basic understanding of the Central London residential property market an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Highly organised and ability to multi task
  • Flexible and hands on approach
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft systems including Excel

Salary: £25k (negotiable) dependent on experience.
