AGMP is a boutique live music promotions agency based in central London specialising in all genres of music. We promote artists throughout the country, eg:The Skids, Chaka Khan, Mavis Staples, Dionne Warwick, Niles Rogers, Hawkwind, Alexander O'Neal, LeRoy Hutson, Loose Ends, The Selecter, The Beat, Nearly Dan, Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars, The Rezillos, Dreadzone, Pharcyde, Public Enemy, Brand New Heavies and The Shires to name but a few!

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and the role will entail key administrative skills, common sense and a proactive nature. The candidate should be able to work alone and as part of a team, and be computer/mac savvy.

TICKETING

Overseeing ticket agent relationships from allocations through to show day for over 250 shows with all major ticketing companies.

Event marketing support.

Check venue availability, pencilling and confirming dates with venues including; The Roundhouse, O2 Shepherds Bush, The Barbican, KoKo, The Jazz Cafe, Under the Bridge.

Guest list management.

Working alongside major labels to determine announcement dates and pre-sales.

Providing show representatives with relevant guest and customer list information.

Reporting ticket sale figures to agents and venues.

Analyse ticket sales to identify what shows need additional marketing to boost sales.

Responding to customer enquiries.

Attend meetings with ticketing partners.

Attending shows weekly running box office and assisting with general event production.

GENERAL
- dealing with artists, agents, managers, venues, ticketing agencies, other promoters.
- supporting other staff in putting on well managed shows
- some social media work
- opportunities to work on shows on the day shadowing our Reps.

Whilst qualifications are not essential, Maths, a good grasp of spoken and written English, and an interest in live music is key. A sense of humour is also vital!

We are a growing business ready to expand. We would like to invest in the right candidate.
This position is expenses paid for the first two weeks with a review at the end of that time to discuss any future positions.
