We currently have a number of openings for Graduates wishing to begin their careers as Junior Consultants. Working in our Transformation team on a range of change and transformation projects across the UK, we are looking for hard-working, dedicated, high-achievers to join our team.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have a technical background and/or studied a computer related degree, to work within our ERP and Web teams.

Purpose
Agilisys is committed to acquiring, developing and rewarding talent, and over recent years has had significant success in recruiting graduates through the 3 month Internship Programme before recruiting them permanently, and developing their careers as Business Analysts/Junior Consultants.
Role and responsibilities
Business Analysts will work as part of the Transformation team at Agilisys with an assigned project manager, supporting change and transformation projects with a focus on either IT, business processes, ERP and Web design.
There will be an element of customer engagement responsibility, so excellent interpersonal skills are required. Other duties and responsibilities of the role could include:
- Task analysis and evaluating surveys and workshop results
- Documenting any identified required changes, and communicating them
- Using IT resources at an advanced level to create IT solutions, enabling organisations to better meet their goals
- Training staff in how to use new tools and systems.

Qualifications
Candidates must have at minimum an upper 2:1 undergraduate degree qualification from a top university; we welcome all subjects. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
