Job description
Agent Provocateur are now hiring for an exciting opportunity to work within our HR team!
The purpose of this role will be to assist the HR team with the provision of HR service including our HR system, new starters and leavers process, HR filing, recruitment and day to day HR support.
Key responsibilities:
Keep all computerised personnel files updated & accurate for all employees globally,
Organise all new starter’s paperwork & complete checklists; this includes offer letters, employment contracts and starter packs,
Organise references and chase up for completion,
Organise inductions for all work experience placements & HQ personnel,
Manage personal development & appraisal administration, remind managers of deadlines & chase paperwork as necessary,
Assist in the recruitment & selection of high calibre staff, to include placing adverts, screening/interviewing, working with recruitment consultancies and organising interviews.
Administer all recruitment paperwork such as rejection letters and responses. Monitor, review and audit all CV’s and job applicant files,
Monitor, track and update all employee holidays in UK and issue updated holiday charts to HQ and stores. Issue holiday cards annually,
Monitor global employee sickness and update in HR system,
Provide support to employees on HR issues, as and when required,
Note taking where necessary,
Administer all store credit issues on Dynamics
Maintain active employees on Dynamics – starters and leavers
Carry out HR store visits when necessary
Assist in preparation of monthly payroll sheets as and when required
Responsible for updating IT with leavers
Responsible for organising H&S Inductions
Manage probation process, set reminders for Managers of probation deadlines, provide support and relevant paper work and chase review paperwork
Any other necessary tasks as required by the Senior HR Advisor.
