Wire Processor/Payments Specialist

Role:

This position serves a pivotal role in real time processing of client orders globally through staffing in each region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing all foreign exchange transactions from inputing payment information, posting payments, reviewing beneficiary details.

Responsibilities:

1. Processing all foreign exchange transactions, including wire transfers and drafts
2. Input FX payments
3. Posting of payments
4. Review wire instructions
5. Issue foreign and domestic cheques.
6. Input beneficiary details

Experience/Requirements:

1. 1 year knowledge of domestic and foreign exchange payment processing preferred.
2. Attention to detail is needed to ensure payment accuracy and delivery to ultimate
beneficiary.
3. Ability to analyze payment instructions for viability.
4. Ability to work within rules and guidelines.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external contacts required.
