The Team and Role
We have a great opportuinity for a Consultant to working within our CRM division > Advanced CRM, formerly branded as ConsultCRM, is a Gold Certified, Tier One, Microsoft CRM Partner and has worked with the product since its first release in 2004. Microsoft ranks Advanced CRM in the top 5% of all partners globally. We have achieved the highest Microsoft accolades and awards available, reflecting our commitment to the product and our outstanding client service. Our knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is unrivalled.
Reporting into the Head of Technical Consulting, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of technical components and solutions for client and internal projects.
The Requirements
Roles responsibilities:
· Delivery of analytical consulting services to client projects
· Extension of MS Dynamics solutions (CRM plugins and integration points)
· Input into the development of processes and collateral
· Solution design and effort estimation
· Presales assistance
We would like you to have:
· Microsoft Dynamics 2016, 2015, 2013 technical consultancy, configuration and customisation
· C# .Net development
· Working knowledge of SQL Server development
· JavaScript & JQuery
· Working knowledge of the Microsoft stack, specifically Windows 2008+, SharePoint 2010+
· Working knowledge of the Microsoft online productivity suite (Dynamics online, Office 365, Azure)
· Ability to self-manage individually in the context of working on a project delivery team
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to recognise and report issues and risks, both analytical and project delivery
· A reasonable understanding of architectural design considerations around the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
· Ability to manage deliverables and client expectations when assigned to more than one project
· Working in multi-disciplinary teams being able to collaborate with colleagues from across the delivery community
