A new business win means we have several vacancies for full time Customer Service Advisors to join a rapidly expanding team based in Congleton. You must be friendly, confident and professional with a good understanding of true customer service.

Experience

• Must have worked in a customer service based role, ideally within a team

• A good telephone manner is essential

• Experienced dealing with customers' problems in an efficient manner

• Experience of administrative duties

• Experience of Microsoft Word/Excel

• Experience of working with Google docs is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve customer service objectives and key performance indicators

• Maintain customer satisfaction by solving issues around their pay

• Regular telephone contact with customers

• Liaison with clients

Additional Skills

• Desire to learn and progress in the business

• Analyse and process information accurately and efficiently

• Ability to work both in a team and to be self-motivated to achieve personal targets within the timescales provided

• Attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise work

• Problem solving skills

Salary

The salary is between £14,000 rising to £16,000 on successful completion of the probation period.
