Job description

Adisseo, one of the world pioneers in animal nutrition, has
established itself as a leading company in the nutritional
market, producing Rhodimet® powder and liquid methionine,
MetaSmart® methionine, Microvit® vitamins and Rovabio®
enzymes. As its business grows in China and to better serve
customers, Adisseo Life Science (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is looking
for a competent person to fill the below-mentioned vacancy.
Title:
SNOP Coordinator/Manager (Shanghai-based)
Report to:
Operation Manager
Job objective:
Manage all activities related with monthly SNOP process and
endeavor to improve the SNOP process to excellence.
Major responsibilities:
- Be responsible for materials replenishment Planning as well
as sales & forecast analyzing:
o Lead the communication with HQ for stock replenishment
o Update stock allocation based on sales requirement
o Manage shipment tracking efficiently and timely
o Check/prepare all document for good replenishment to
local Chinese market
- Support and improve S&OP process driven by HQ
- Lead S&OP meeting
- Improve supply chain KPI based on market benchmark, such as:
OTIF, service level, cost management, replenishment
reliability etc.
- Support the management improvement in warehouse, Customs
clearance and logistics
- Participate and coordinate in potential SC project
- Help other departments on communication between Chinese
subsidiary and HQ
Requirements/qualifications:
- Master degree in international trade, supply chain or
business administration.
- At least 2 years professional experience in supply
chain/logistics operation position
- SAP R3 would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multi-national work environment within a
matrix organization with functional and cross functional
relationships and reporting lines.
- Proficient in English and French
- Good initiatives and a team player.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and initiative for
innovations. Able to identify issues and provide practical
solutions with good sense of business.
- High integrity sense of responsibility
