Internship at the adidas Group
The purpose of this traineeship is to provide the trainee with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the traineeship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This traineeship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the trainee will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International/ Marketing /Trading B.V. will ensure that the trainee is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the trainee and any educational objectives for the trainee period. The trainee will sign a trainee agreement, which is not an employment contract. Additionally, the role will support the Digital Experience NPS implementation, in particular the Net Promoter System and Voice of the Consumer related initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Undertake analysis and extract insight in relation to consumer pain points, opportunities for improvement and to drive NPS and an improved consumer experience
· Support the gathering and alignment of consumer centricity insights across markets and channels
· Support the development and implementation of a Digital Experience NPS dashboard. Use and train others on the dashboard and related analysis tools and functionality
· Leverage digital analytics data to validate and further investigate consumer feedback for systemic improvements.
· Assist in measuring the impact of consumer centric improvements on NPS and other consumer metrics
· Support the operation, adoption and improvement of our Customer Experience Management tools
· Support functions in extraction of NPS/consumer insights to assist in their understanding of consumer needs, pain points and to develop consumer centric improvements/solutions & measure success.
· Support the promotion and championing of NPS throughout DBC, including promoting callbacks, communicating success stories and driving consumer centricity.
· Additional activities, to support Digital Experience NPS team members and projects, agreed with the trainee.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Business degree from leading business school
· Applies to EU citizens only due to work permit regulations!
· Knowledge of Customer Experience measurement, monitoring and management is a plus
· Knowledge of analytics tools a plus
· Previous internships in multinational organization is preferred
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Knowledge of basic Project Management processes & tools and SharePoint an advantage
· Passion for Consumer Experience & Consumer Service
