Key Responsibilities:
· Support delivery managers – Working with the new Agile delivery managers and POs to an extent to assist with feature releases and testing of new sections of the adidas and Reebok sites.
· Support product owners and product specialists on user story sizing and defining acceptance criteria.
· Support the scrum masters in leading continuous refinement and prioritization of the product backlog.
· Help facilitate sprint planning and task/activity definition, sprint execution, impediment removal, sprint review, and retrospectives.
· Assist the organization in adopting the agile mind-set and support the rollout of agile processes to further functions/products.
· Help drive and promote communities in collaboration with global PMO office for Scrums, DevOps and Product Owners.

· Digital Brand Commerce teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Pro-active and customer-oriented mind-set
· Global mind set as the role requires working with global, virtual teams.
· Omni-Chanel and eCommerce savvy with good eyes on innovations and latest digital trends
· Basic understanding of HTML, javascript, CSS is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree with focus on Project Management, Information system management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
