Purpose:

Enable relevant stakeholders to use the Material Lifecycle Management (MLM) system accurately and with high efficiency. Ensure material data integrity and support implementation of new system functionalities and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support a successful implementation of the MLM system for both internal (Sourcing) and external (suppliers) stakeholders.
· In collaboration with key users, establish an effective system and process training framework for internal and external stakeholders. Develop short- and mid-term training plans and training materials, deliver MLM process and system training to all stakeholders
· Monitor and analyse the process performance of Sourcing and Supplier teams.
· Capture and address requirements of the Sourcing and Supplier teams to improve existing processes and system functionalities
· Implement changes of each MLM system release in the A&G sourcing and supplier teams, identify opportunities to streamline the process based on system changes
· Review, analyze and implement best practices across all LO teams to ensure a level of consistency is maintained across the Sourcing group
· Support projects in context of material development, closely collaborate with Creation Centers and Sourcing stakeholders

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
· Strong knowledge of adidas product creation process
· Basic knowledge of A&G products and material manufacturing
· Ability to create, plan and deliver presentations
· Ability to work independently or with limited guidance
· Ability to lead discussions in diverse groups
· Strong change management skills
· Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions
· Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Fluent in English (written and spoken - BULATS level 3 or equivalent)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Degree in business administration, supply chain management or similar
· Minimum 2 years working experience, ideally in sourcing function
