Purpose :
To provide elevated focus through the supply to firstly create superior On Time availability and strong delivery controls for defined articles at Retail Intro/Launch. Executing all system & communication related activities, ensuring that critical launch demand fulfilled via European Distribution Centers will be fulfilled on time creating high launch on time delivery (LOTD).
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with and support other Order Fulfillment functions of Inbound Planning, DC Planning and Inventory Management and Customer Fulfillment with the aim of driving LOTD delivery for launch
· Work with Cluster CF teams to identify air freight requirements for ’late’ dedicated orders and coordinate request with Purchasing
· Create visibility of availability status for critical articles at RID/HLD
· Ensure that allocation horizons are managed to capture launch demand
· Provide visibility of launch volumes and ship dates to EDCs to prepare operationally
· Lead cross-functional meetings to share the availability expectations and plan flow of goods
· Laisse with inbound to ensure key launch priorities have the highest priority at origin and intake
· Provide information to key stake holders within WE Demand Planning and WE Marketing
· Assess impact of changes to RID during the Fulfillment horizon (0-3 months prior to RID) and coordinate/communicate to other stakeholders
· “Process owner” for strategic launches. Thorough understanding of all marketing and business needs. Establish standard framework and templates/reports

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, information systems, logistics or operations
· Two to three years of work experience in supply chain management
· Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems & Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work within different cultures and levels
· Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
