Purpose: Provide expertise and support to HRM and Rewards for the HQ location Hong Kong and all countries in Asia Pacific on matters relating to International Mobility, interpreting mobility policies and procedures and ensuring relocation policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

· Provide guidance and ongoing communication to HRM on salary determination, international mobility policies, procedures and tax matters with the objective of ensuring consistent application of policy and compliance
· Implement and communicate regulations and new policy components to HRMs and monitor adherence
· Carry out tax reporting and consolidation for expats in region APAC in liaison with tax consultants. Liaise with tax services vendor and the payroll department to ensure appropriate tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits
· Carry out ongoing tasks regarding immigration, security/risk, relocation, shipping and other tasks related to relocation on matters involving service and support to international employees in APAC.
· Oversee appropriate tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits in partnership with Payroll Services and tax services provider. Able to independently handle tax filing submissions. Has familiarity with US and HK tax filing and reporting.
· Oversee administration, invoicing, billing and recharging of costs for mobility benefits in Region APAC
· Administer selected mobility benefits for APAC, including regular updates based on internal and external information, and admission to health and offshore pension plans and other mobility benefits.
· Manage databases and personnel information to track international employees, their assignments and the benefits that they receive. Work with International Mobility Centre on implementation of SAP for international assignments.
· Support projects to advance the international mobility programme
· Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with other mobility management experts in order to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions and remain informed about market norms and common practices
· Facilitate communication to internal and external parties around the topic of Regional and International Mobility
· Able to maintain strong relationship with tax vendors

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
· Excellent skills on excel and knowledge on SAP
· First project management experience
· Proven ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly
· Capability of working independently
· Excellent communication and listening skills
· Fluency in English language; foreign language capabilities desired

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· BS/BA or equivalent university degree
· Strong background related to Asia Income Tax as well as Hong Kong tax filing processes and requirements
· 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources (ideally in a Compensation & Benefits or Mobility function) or in the field of Relocation
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Excellent knowledge of HR-related information systems, ideally SAP-HR.

· Support projects to advance the international mobility programme
· Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with other mobility management experts in order to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions and remain informed about market norms and common practices
