The Social Media & Talent Experience Manager is a trend setter in the social media anddigital space. You are showing friends, colleagues and family the latest platforms before they have ever heard of them. Most importantly you understand what makes the online world click. You get how to build, engage and inspire online audiences. You also understand how to maximize the tools and shortcuts social media and digital platforms have to offer to maximize the experience. This is a unique area where you will collaborate with our Employer Branding, Recruiting and Talent teams to design and activate social, and digital content strategies in order to engage and attract top talent to adidas.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and activate social strategies while engaging day to day with our fan base.
· Collaborate with our employer brand team to develop content that will inspire and engage fans.
· Partner with the recruiting organization to identify strategic talent needs and develop and post content across recruiting social platforms.
· Develop digital platform content strategy in partnership with the employer brand and Talent Futures Digital team and activate this strategy.
· Engage and communicate with fans, answering questions and telling the story of the uniqueness of working at adidas.
· Support Talent Experience and Communications in the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for events and special projects.
· Activate digital and social Talent Futures projects ensuring all are delivered within scope, budget and fully aligned with various program strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Track record of innovation and delivery of results against tight deadlines.
· Strong eye for design and the ability to source and edit images.
· Proficiency in online communications; understands how to translate the employer brand into online conversation andcomfortable deflecting online confrontations.
· An understanding of SEO, content marketing, paid and social ads.
· Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and their use for business as well as community engagement tactics.
· Proven ability to build relationships with diverse groups and coordinate efforts to reach goals.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management.
· Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or related field.
· 2+ years experience in creating and executing social media activations.
